Well Miss Sylvia, another sublime treat and excellent use of my last buttercup from summer’s gardens, doctored the sauté a wee bit with cubes of frozen wild mushroom pate, frozen sage & parsley pesto cubes and a kiss of cardamon. Deer loved all the veggie peelings & seeds so the wild ones thank you, too!
