My carnivore husband said,”This is the best chicken I’ve ever had and ever want!”
The family I brought it too said it was delicious! Never did sheet pan before – so easy! Will try with tofu next!

This is a very flavorful, easy and wonderful recipe! Made this when my mom was visiting who is a vegetarian and it was easy to set aside some of the vegetables and chickpeas to bake alongside the main pan with chicken. My baby and toddler loved the chicken thighs- it’s great to find a recipe that’s a hit all the way around! Thanks!
