So delicious! I had a tough time finding tamarind paste, but used lime and rice vinegar to substitue. Delicious!

DELISH! I made as written the first time, very good, but I’m not a fan of whole seeds, so seconded time I mortar and pestled the seeds. I’ll like heat, so added habaneros this last batch. Watching our carbs, so served over cauliflower rice. This is a keeper!
