Loved this! We did a multi-course Italian dinner with friends this weekend and I served this with Chicken Piccata. The cauliflower roasted in the oven while I pulled the piccata together. I had made the Gremolata ahead. It was fabulous! Easy! Just a note that one head of cauliflower yields 2-3 “steaks”, depending on the thickness of the stem. The rest turns into florets, (which I used later). Another keeper! Thank you!

I loved the gremolata, it is fantastic with the cauliflower. So simple, so delicious. Thanks for the inspiration.
