Both the homemade butternut sauce and the combination of white beans and kale are scrumptious. I had mozzarella so used that instead of burrata. Lots of good hearty flavors. A definite keeper.

The texture was perfect, and it browned nicely on top. I was surprised at how easy it was to make the cashew cheese. My husband loved it, too. Perfect fall flavor, and it was delicious with warm sourdough bread. ๐Ÿ™‚
