Amazing. This was a restaurant quality dish that is going in my regular rotation. I halved the recipe and I will get 3 meals out of it when I’m done. First served with roasted asparagus, second was with baked crispy kale and the 3rd will likely be done with broccoli. This my first recipe from your page and now I look forward to trying more of your dishes.
