Tried this recipe once and now we’re making it every week! We sub Kaffir leaves with lime zest and ground cardamom with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon + 1/4 tsp. nutmeg. Delicious!

This soup is amazing I added 4 cups of broth and 1 1/2 times the spices definitely be making this for friends and family.

Can I give this 6 stars? I love the textures: creamy broth, chewy noodles, and crispy tofu. I only had green curry paste so I used that instead. Really satisfying dinner on a cold night. Thank you!
