I halved the recipe and used my unsalted chicken stock I make. It turned out pretty good but I probably added way too much dill and parsley so I didn’t get a lot of celery taste. I followed someone’s comment of adding celery salt. It needed salt and the celery flavor helped a bunch. Very good now.

Absolutely delicious celery soup recipe! We had a plethora of winter garden celery I used but will use store bought also. Thank you for sharing!
